Finding structure on your days without school

1: We must practice self care; remember you are not on holiday, life must continue and we all have obligations.

2: Maintain your routine; rise at the same time each day. Make your bed, shower, have breakfast.

3: Manage your time effectively, making sure you spend time on each subject necessary.

4: Check into Edmodo daily to converse with your teachers, to ask queries and to receive assigned work.

5: Look out for one another. Check in with friends and family via online apps and virtual opportunities.

6: Do some exercise; create good habits. 30 minutes of exercise a day is proven to help you focus and better your mood.

7: Relax before bed, listen to some music, read a book, meditate - wind down.

8: Get to bed at a reasonable hour, put your phone away and try to allow for 7-9 hours sleep.
