This programme is available to all students who have completed a Junior Certificate programme. Our students may take the Leaving Certificate (traditional academic programme) or they may study the Leaving Certificate Applied Programme (LCA).

Students and parents will be advised by the guidance counsellor and by teaching staff on course selection and on choice of optional subjects on the Leaving Certificate programme where necessary. All students will study the following CORE subjects for the two years of the programme: Gaeilge, English, Mathematics, Religion, PE, RSE, Guidance Studies. Students select from the following list of OPTIONS: Art, Biology, Business, Chemistry, Construction Studies, Engineering, French, Geography, History, Home Economics, LCVP [students need to qualify to do this subject and it has its own Points System] Physics, Music, DCG (after School),
